OUR POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
Warranty - If there are any issues with your nails after your appointment with us, you are welcome to come back for a free fix within 7 days (for gel polish) or 10 days ( for dipping powder) of your scheduled appointment. Let us know and we’ll make that happen for you.
Running late? Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, we’re only able to hold appointments for 15 minutes past the original scheduled appointment time.
